Are suede loafers hard to maintain?

Suede requires a little more attention than smooth finishes but rewards the effort. Brush regularly with a suede brush to lift the nap and remove surface dust. Apply a protective spray before first wear and avoid wearing them in heavy rain. With consistent care, suede ages beautifully.

When should you wear suede loafers?

Suede loafers work best in dry conditions through autumn, winter and spring. They pair naturally with denim, knitwear and tailored trousers, adding a softer, more relaxed texture than polished alternatives. Neutral tones are the most versatile.

How do you care for suede loafers?

Brush after each wear to remove surface dust. For marks, use a suede eraser with light pressure. Store in a breathable bag away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid soaking or using harsh cleaners, which can damage the nap.
